I enjoyed the story of the main game, but I feel like it was blown away by both of these stories (especially Hearts of Stone). It easily took me about 11 hours for Hearts of Stone and 25 for Blood and Wine to explore the main story and side content.Īlso the story of both was unbelievable. With almost every other game where I see hours advertised, I can usually cut it in half and that is how long it will take me (even exploring all the side content). Hearts of Stone was advertised as 10 hours and Blood and Wine was advertised as 20 hours. One of the things I liked the most about the DLCs is that the advertised time was actually less than it took me. They don't feel like a DLC at all and feel much more like the expansion packs of old. Upon completing them, I really feel like they are the best DLCs of all time. That time has come and I've just finished both. I bought both DLCs when they came out, but waited to play them until I finally had the time to enjoy them.
